We offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website. All orders within the UK will be shipped out using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods. We will notify you if we expect any delays. Please note the delivery times start when products are dispatched.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, if applicable.

6. Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. If a delivery is missed or returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
