Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing (email is fine) within this period. You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.
Returning an Item
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.
Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and keep proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note that original delivery charges are only refunded when the entire order is returned or if the item was faulty.
