Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair, in accordance with your rights under UK law. Please read this policy carefully for information on how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing via email at sknoutique@gmail.com. You do not need to provide a reason.

Please Note: The right to cancel does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items
Perishable goods
Sealed items that have been unsealed (e.g. hygiene products or software)
Digital goods once downloading has started with your consent

2. Returning an Item

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will process a full refund (including the standard delivery charge, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are:

Faulty or damaged
Not as described
Not fit for purpose

You have up to 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After this, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
